Martin, a finance industry veteran, is the Chairman of Revolut (the most valuable FinTech company in Europe) and co-founder of Aberdeen Asset Management, successfully leading the company for over 30 years, including overseeing its 2017 merger with Standard Life. During this time Aberdeen became one of the world’s leading independent asset managers. He also holds various other positions such as Chairman of AssetCo, Toscafund, and Senior Independent Director at Glencore plc.
Martin ranks number 22 on the Harvard Business Review’s list of the world’s top performing CEOs out of a list of 900.
