Maxim joined the LTC in 2024 to take up the role of Legal Counsel, aiming to provide uninterrupted legal support in all parts of the company’s operations. Throughout his career, Maxim has gained diverse and fundamental experience in the legal field.
Prior to joining LTC, Maxim had worked as General Counsel for Apax Systems, a trading representative of SED Initta, a leading integrated service provider of commercial intelligent equipment. His role at Apax Systems included a broad range of responsibilities such as: ongoing legal support for a trading company, contract negotiations with some of the biggest B2B clients in the sector, legal advice on general business matters, and legal support on strategic partnerships with local and international investors. Before that, Maxim also worked as a senior legal counsel for Sber (also known as Sberbank), focusing on the bank's internal FinTech and IT solutions to improve its ongoing litigation procedures. In addition, Maxim helped DOM Publishers, a Berlin-based publishing house, launch its new series of premium books on architecture.
Outside of LTC, Maxim enjoys reading historical literature, going to the gym, and baking sourdough bread.
Maxim holds a Bachelor's degree in private law as well as a Master's degree in corporate law.
